When ordering from other European countries, please note the following points:

• Please enter your home address in your home country as usual. This will be used as your billing address. The delivery address, however, must be located in the same country as the online shop you selected.
• All delivery documents and e-mails will be sent to you in the language of the online shop you selected.
• VAT will be applied according to the country in which you place your order.
• As the order can only be placed as a guest order, the following conditions apply:
  e-points can neither be redeemed nor collected. Vouchers requiring a Friend login (e.g. birthday and welcome vouchers) cannot be redeemed either.
